1. Company is very renowned in the Pharma consulting space 2. Opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in this industry 3. Theres just so much to learn 4. They pay better than most other consulting firms 5. You get so many in-office opportunities to grow 6. Their interview process is difficult, meaning if you were selected you are that damn good. 7. If you're performing on the lower side, thy will provide additional resources / mentors and put more efforts in you

1. You dont work for ZS, you sell yourself to ZS 2. Zero work-life balance 3. Bad project/people management - oversell and then overwork.
