Since you work on multiple projects, u learn good task management
Cons
Worst culture ever, nobody cares about the hard work you put in.Was managing 15 projects but still all they wanted was to be more involved in idiotic firm level initiatives,Only and only those who linger around the manager get promoted.The review system is bad and does not allow you to get promoted even if you are a high performer but do not fall under the minimum duration criteria(min 2-2.5 years) Worst work life balance ever, expectation is that u sit in office till late (post 10 pm), if u want to get noticed
