Pros

Free cab facility, free snacks and good ambience at work

Cons

Very far from achieving efficient management skills specially employees who has been working longer has a very bad attitude of abusing the authority they have been given. Example if their relative or husband is a principal in ZS then even shouting and yelling on the floor is perfectly fair or talking loud is fine. My reporting manager was fickle minded and can ruins anyone’s career based on her or his likes and dislikes. Still very far from a employee oriented company where there is a process in place where employees jobs are secured and are fairly judged. Ignore behavioural issues based on the reason that the employee is good in work. The learning and development team is very weak. Overall noticed that the fuss and show off ZS makes in the market encourages some employees with bad attitude and they feel they are out of this planet whereas most of them does not even recognise ZS in the market yet.

Pros

Strong culture and collaborative environment with smart, supportive colleagues. Admins are trusted partners and get exposure to senior leadership, which provides great learning opportunities. Compensation and benefits are competitive compared to similar roles.

Cons

Workload can be high, with admins often supporting multiple stakeholders while also providing backup coverage. Expectations can vary widely depending on the team, which can create inconsistency and pressure. Career growth paths are less structured and require a lot of self-direction. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially across time zones.
