Pros
- Smart People and Good Managers (Mostly) - You never sit on the bench. There is always work - Good technology exposure. I have been working entirely on Big Data Stack on Cloud - The firm is doing really well in terms of revenue and they show that in bonuses and extra pays - Good and timely updates on WFH and pandemic situations
Cons
- Sometimes bad work life balance. You are expected to work 10 hours normally. You also have to work around 12+ hours once/twice a week depending on the phase of the project. - Some of recent hires do not show same talent like before. May be because ZS is growing faster than an ideal pace and have to hire according to requirements - Very less diversity in technical roles. 90% of the team is men
