Pros
The people, culture and stable. These are all the things that they promote in the recruiting process. Decent salary and benefits. Learned a lot about how to be efficient in processes.
Cons
There are a few bad apples that make it a difficult place to work but because they are partners there is no way to get rid them. It was easier to leave than deal with them. Because no one wants to confront them on their behavior. There a little to no promotion opportunities for enterprise staff in most departments except for finance.
