Cons
It took me a while to learn, but the are a lot of politics and what I would define as cliques. If you are on the outside looking in, you will find yourself overstretched and unfulfilled. Make sure you put in the effort to network and vouch for yourself because you can get stepped on and pushed very easily. Your work experience is what you make of it.
