      There is no pros .. Do not join ever in this company .. if u are in MNC incase of any issues MNC will not ruining the life they just send us off .. but this is kind of small company will ruin your life .. Mental pressure . Worst Company.. Fake People , Gossip , They will SPY your carrier .. if you joined Zsoft you will lose carrier . you will lose your skill . everything..

      for the new Graduates, they can help you and assist you in enhacing your skills, and provide visa for you

      Cons

      they cannot act as a professional they promise a lot of things, but they cannot keep their promises the manager is disrespectful they love money and they did not care about your carrer
