Quite flexible hours, got some staff travel benefits and some of the marketing team member get to go on fam trips, airline events....
Cons
Sometimes get too political...colleagues are not motivated to perform and non-equal distribution of work, some need overtime a lot and some not, management changes affect entire teams and firm
