Pros

Very diverse range of duties: technical support, client demos, technical discussions, consultancies (also on-site), turn-keys, trainings (up to 5 business days), conducting webinars, participating in meetups and offline events

Cons

Maybe not the best place to start a career, as the technical support engineer's role requires at least RHCSA level knowledge, better yet RHCSE level. Also highly recommended Linux HA, MySQL/PostgreSQL clusterization and performance tuning skills. As of recent - more and more AWS/Azure and K8s comprehension.
