They are pretty competitive with pay,
Cons
High turnover, incompetent supervision, poor/last min schedule writing, insurance is expensive, no vacation til you've been on the job 2 years then you only get a week, no sick days, no bereavement time, no support from corporate at field sites, general apathy from foremen and supervisors. it seems as though that apathy runs all the way through the company. Zachry does not care about their employees.
