A place of "know-it-alls" with nobody willing to learn and collaborate. No new employee sticks around in this company, (check attrition rate), the ones who have remained are the reason this company is not worth joining. The senior leadership is clueless about how to run a business or respect employee contribution. There are constant changes at the senior management level and therefore you are asked to report to different people with different KPIs. They have stopped innovating on the product, therefore, expect customers to move to competitors. HR does nothing to boost employee confidence or reduce employee attrition.

I feel like I am valued and the culture is very positive - as a whole, the company strives to constantly improve. It is a company where you can learn a lot and have constant exposure to financial institution's knowledge and trends at a global level.
