You have opportunities to use different technology stacks

Limited opportunities for career progression. Lack of stability due to high rotation of developers. There is no transparency about management decisions, top-down hierarchy. There is no feedback culture. Lack of stability and constant changes in direction make difficult to plan a career inside and long-term commitment. Senior employees have privileges over junior employees in terms of holidays. I experienced a high level of micromanagement from upper management to the rest of the company (working hours, task reporting...).

1. Payed in time and as agreed (including the final salary when I quitted at my request). 2. Interesting projects and technologies. 3. Engineers and management are open for discussing the technical questions and implementing the proposed approaches. 4. Nobody blamed me for the mistakes or shifted deadlines. 5. Generally pleasant environment and no undercarpet wars. 6. No overtimes

Considering that very few companies allowed me to work part-time as Zaleos have done, I don't think I have a right to complain at anything.
