      they seem as if they care for their employees with ESOP and events

      If you begin to question things, you put a target on yourself. If you are too successful too fast, they question your consistency behind your back. The Management is extremely as a severe lack of consistency and doesn't seem to have an equal amount of information. They put new people with no insurance background as supervisors of experienced seasoned agents. now you have supervisors who don't know how to lead, but also can't seem to understand insurance.

      Pros

      Great place to work, a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels like one big team, even if you're in different departments. Leadership is always clear about expectations and happy to help your training develop and your career grow. The benefits are amazing, 100% employer paid medical and dental for the employee with an awesome 401k and the ESOP on top of it for retirement. They really do value their employees and pour back into them just as much as the employees give to Zander. If you're seriously looking for a place to settle down and grow roots, Zander is the place to be!!
