Our Settlement Coordinators receive a competitive salary ranging from $41,000 to $60,000 per year (as of 2024) This is structure is reviewed annually and this range allows a person will less experience to learn and develop their careers while attracting more experienced candidates. As you know, we also offer a minimum 15% performance bonus, a 401(k) with employer contributions, and two profit-sharing plans which add another 8 -10% to pay. This compensation package is designed to recognize and reward our team's hard work.
In terms of training and support, this department of 3/4 employees has an experience and dedicated manager who provides structured training, ongoing guidance, and direct support. However, we are a high-performing results driven law firm handling critical client matters, not a casual office environment. Because of this, drama of any sorts gets addressed promptly and that may come to a surprise to some who are not used to the accountability.
