Well can't think of any but if you're lucky you'll get a good manager but top management is not in order at all.
Cons
Many, find them enlisted below: 1. Worst working environment 2. You'll get no source of motivation to work 3. Salaries are never released on time and I'm talking about the salary getting delayed till the end of the month 4. No acknowledgment of the work done 5. If you're looking for any kind of perks be it of any kind you won't get any 6. No work-life balance 7. You have to complete your working hours or else there is a salary deduction doesn't matter even if you've completed your work before time
