Pros
- In-store teams are generally very hard working and feel like a second family (some, not all) - Employee discount can be used on sale products
Cons
- Upper management (HR, Head Office, International) treat store management teams like dirt on their shoes. Nothing…and I mean NOTHING will ever be good enough in their eyes and they will go above and beyond to belittle, intimidate you and make you feel worthless. - Absolutely NO consideration or sympathy for personal circumstances or mental health issues. All these people care about is the business and making money, constantly saying they “aren’t taking money” but yet are one of the biggest cooperations in the world (make it make sense). - Consistently overworked and underpaid….severely. Everybody (and I mean everybody) in the store sides of this company is absolutely exhausted, mentally/physically drained and severely depressed. - Blatant favouritism and racism from Head Office. If you are English, for your own sake don’t even bother. - No protection or back up for staff against customers. The clientele in these brands is one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Overall, by far THE worst job I have ever had and THE most disgusting company I have ever worked for.
