Pros

Company Culture- Never experienced a working environment where everyone gets along, has a laugh and works hard in equal measures. One of the main draws for me and one of my favourite reasons for working here. Management structure- Never feel like I'm being talked down to or discounted because of my lack of experience. It feels like my ideas are not only listened to but taken on board and actioned by my managers. I've found this pluralistic attitude to management encourages innovation and makes me feel like I'm a proper part of the company with an impact, not just an underling following orders. This goes all the way up from line managers to the MD. Training and Development- I'm constantly encouraged to learn. Everyone on my team and (to a lesser extent) the wider office involve themselves in developing new starters, alongside a personal training budget for external courses or vents.

Cons

Workload- Constantly pushing for bigger and newer contracts, meaning every team has a heavy workload. Need to hire more people. Risk- Being a smaller agency means it's understandable that sometimes we can be risk averse, but I think the greatest leaps in innovation often carry the highest risk.!

Pros

Zazzle has an amazing company culture - they take care of their employees, and in turn we take care of the clients. Their service offering is genuinely brilliant, and the team are such experts, it is fascinating to work with the team and learn from the people with experience. There is focus on being a 'Zazzler' over experience. If you have the right attitude and work ethic, then you can make it here. Experience isn't everything to them, if you can prove you have the skills and are keen to learn.

Cons

I think many 'millennials' might feel that progress isn't fast enough for them - but if you work hard you will be rewarded eventually, but I think some people feel that this lack of instant gratification is not fair - but it is rewarded if you wait your turn.
