      - The C-Suite are the worst people you will ever come across. They will sink the company - The CEO doesn’t have a clue what’s going on - The CTO (now Co-CEO) is unapproachable, rude, arrogant, likes to make people feel bad, terrible leader - No employees are happy here, everyone wants to leave -Brought in a COO who actually had some good ideas but she was let go after 3 months - Horrible atmosphere and zero culture - It is a fact, every positive review is fake - The company has an awful reputation - It’s a scam trading business - DO NOT WORK HERE

      Pros

      Good people, good vibe, good location to work. Working hours and environment is relatively flexible and free. Honestly, relatively good foundation and infrastructure. Loads of potential if CEO willing to stay behind.

      Cons

      Poor management, and no offence a psychopathic CEO, who only knows how to scold and torture employees, but knows nothing about management and how to run a healthy company. COO who claimed to come from big firms with loads of management experiences, but knows nothing about how this industry works. Successfully turning a multi-cultural company to a Chinese style company. I would say, they are hopeless.
