If I start listing the cons chances are that the list won't even end. Let me mention few of those. 1. No cultural diversity 2. Poor hiring process 3. Copies and plagiarized products 4. No proper ideology 5. Salary not upto the mark 5. Poor vision about products 6. Heads of the company has no ethics 7. Broken company values 8. Ironically management does not know how to manage people. Boneless Managers 9. Telugu centric company, doesn't hire much people from other community although I'm a Telugu but doesn't matter. Much more.
