Pros
I have been working as a full-time content writer in ZTS for over 7 months now. As a fresher, my learning experience has been great so far. First of all the seniors are exceptionally supportive and have helped me in guiding every single thing, from understanding the concept to implementation. Apart from this, the work culture is fantastic. Managers and seniors always share new knowledge to keep their employees stay updated with the latest trends. And, this collective work culture of the team is what makes the company stand out from the rest.
Cons
Sometimes adapting to the changing needs of demanding clients become tough even in this enjoyable work culture. Furthermore, changing or modifying the existing content becomes too complicated and time-consuming, yet it increases my capability to work under pressure.
