Pros
Flexible working environment, but no work life balance, need to work 2 shift to accommodate HQ in order to get things done quickly. Very supportive BU though, enjoy working directly with people in BU then in sub region...
Cons
People here are very much for themselves, too individualistic, not team player, no long time goals, most of the time very last minute arrangement.
