Pros

Invest in Marketing technologies and processes just need major help on how to use them effectively.

Cons

Have some bad apples in management that executives know are problems and do nothing about beyond talking to. It has driven coworkers to leave the company or find other positions.

Pros

Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

Cons

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
