Has terrible turnover because MANAGEMENT HAS NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. This company has historically been a hardware company and decided they will be an IOT company which mean they acquired several software offerings. THEY HAVE NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS for this endeavor.
Not only that but the HR dept has a "gotcha" attitude and loves to set people up for failure and either write you up over it or fire you. I saw in my 3 years there, 15 people leave, either by their own accord or by being let go, in a department that only had 30 people.
