Pros

Salaey is very competitive. The company is in a very good niche market that they own and provides good job security.

Cons

Company employs a lot of people from older generations with very few on the younger side, if you see a younger person they are probably an intern. While the company seems to want to move in an Agile direction management merely uses buzz words and does not promote the right culture. Most teams including product, project and source control management are very Waterfall rooted.

Pros

Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

Cons

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
