Pros

Benefits at Zebra are great. Pay is ok. If you like overtime this is it.

Cons

Managers are are chosen from the floor. They lack in training and are often to busy to notice when employees are wore down before its to late. HR is not on site. If employees have personal issues they must take them up with management and hope they have answers.
