Divide policy : create rift in the team at regular intervals, so the team gets fully engages among them selves. Complacency : best in class flex time. most misused in the company and leading to complacency everywhere. Politics : constant creation of rift with in the team,dis-trust,friction,pitch one against another. when the team fights enjoy the fun.manager rude behavior is the order of the day. Visibility: take credit for team achievements and suppress them and dint allow anyone to grow. always engage the employees in constant team fight, create rift and nuisance in the team members.
