Pros

Benefits, company like a start up so there is a lot to do and you can contribute, good pay, good location, onsite cafeteria, free fitness center, free covered parking

Cons

Old thinking, a lot of burned out people, few women leaders, too many politics, no balance personally. Many people leading things they know nothing about.

Pros

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
