Generally a positive environment. Leader in the industry, which leads to little or no cold calling. Overall on target earnings are fair.
Cons
Company is under constant change from acquisitions. Due to this your territory WILL change over the course of 18 months, making it difficult to gain any momentum and reach the revenue goals. Company seems in the middle of a transition to move more experienced sales professionals out for younger and cheaper sales reps.
