Pros
very little. The C-level management seemed to be very interested in their products and employees. However, there was not a lot of interaction with them. They had promised to keep all jobs when they purchased Motorola Solutions' Symbol Mobile Enterprise division but they already laid-off entire product teams within 6 months.
Cons
Mid-level management was incompetent and unwilling to adapt to change. The director of the PMO did not even know what an Agile Sprint was. The lower-level managers acted in fear. All projects were waterfall. They do not have the right talent pool to last another three years. The Senior VP was not qualified to hold his position but was very good friends with the divisional VP. there were lots of challenges the culture across the US, especially when dealing with the aggressive style in the NY office. Management was very wasteful with personal spending but review project-related spending on a weekly basis.
