Pros
They allow lots of flexibility of the way work is done, as long as it is done and in a productive manner. You can make use of whatever resources there is and be creative in the day you do the job.
Cons
Working there as part time involves handling lots of printers, the larger ones are very heavy and can be straining for the back. Not recommended if you can't carry 20 kg with ease
