Pros

Above average compensation for certain postions

Cons

Nobody takes responsibility for their actions, the majority of the time the blame is passed elsewhere. Management tends to look at everything in dollar signs, often manipulating budgets get bonuses. The older works still tell stories of how it used to be... but wont admit its gotten worse. There is a lot of favoritism that goes on with promotions.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
