Thank you for taking the time to share your observations. You’re right that we have many great people here and there are plenty of opportunities to grow a career. Regarding workplace culture, we’re making progress in strengthening it—first with the commitment of our leaders who “walk the talk” and “cast the shadow” of how we should operate. We’re also going to be more proactive in 2016 with coaching and feedback on a regular basis between employees and their managers, so we’re all working toward our strengths and developing any gaps.
