      • Friendly and approachable manager • Permanent night shift available • Reasonable night shift allowance

      Cons

      • Supervisor is bossy and unfriendly • Unfair distribution of shifts (some teams get fewer calls while others are overloaded) • High stress due to workload imbalance • Lack of support and guidance from senior staff • Career opportunities - very very low.
