There's group outings, events and get togethers that helps the employees interact and know each other more. 4. Every time appreciation is given to those who have put most of the efforts and this helps the company grow more also provides a moral boost to everyone working there. 5. People are very friendly to the interns and they try to involve them or interact with them as well which doesn't happen a lot in other workplaces. 6. The founders Vaibhav and Prashant are motivated to solve problems and have a very hands-on approach.That attitude reflects on to the entire team.
