Pros
The people I worked with make this place. Going remote proved to be a difficult transition for me, professionally, but overall I still hold love for Zeeto as a whole and everyone I worked with. I genuinely believe that there is no better place culturally. Everyone was always so understanding when it came to family emergencies, doctors appointments, etc. Extremely flexible work hours. The previous COO once told me years ago, "butts in seats don't equal productivity. We're all adults. Come in, do your job as best you can, and leave for the day." I valued that, and still value it today. Thanks, Marcie.
Cons
It may be the rose tinted glasses finally coming off, but I'm not sure Zeeto was as stable as it came off. And as others mentioned, the pay was a bit lackluster. Originally, the lower pay was balanced out with the office perks, but once COVID hit and the world went remote, the office perks were lost. Little to no pay increases we're given. Yes, there were some company retreats once Zeeto got back on track financially, and although they were fun, I think sending that money as bonuses would have been more helpful for the employees.
