The Tech team was awesome. They decided all the tracks with time beforehand for the intern's project. They first taught the interns all the technology used by the company and then gave small projects based on it. Based on the performance of the project they divided the work between interns. Really an awesome company to learn as a fresher.

The management sucks. They treat employees as cheap labors who are working there just because of some personal obligation. Many employees in tech didn't have their offer letter with them and were working from almost 1 - 2 yrs. The food quality was getting worse day by day and no action was taken. No perks or incentive are given to motivate the employees towards work.

11AM to 10PM is the working hour, No cab. You have to call 100 to 120 Customers a day. They are cheating the customers, Don't pay any reasonable value for customers as well as the Employees. No excuse at all for not achieving the target they will make you sit till 11PM also. The best part is 6 days work with rotational shift. No Government Holiday. Their head branch is in Bangalore and din't gave holiday for KARNATAKA RAJYOTHSAVA , Deducted the salary amount for this also.

They will deduct 2 days salary that is 1200 to 1300 for 1 days leave, There is no proper timings for logging out, No individual target, No hike,They won't pay the incentives properly and salary too. They will give you a 1 day that is 30 min training and make you work on the next day itself.
