Because we are contractors and not DoD civilians we are limited on the installations on what we can do. We are not treated or compensated like DoD. We are unable to use facilities and are repected as second class, Do not have a lot of the added privages. This company needs to componsate it's employees for that. NO telwork available, No advancement, not enough professional growth.
