Small company with not a lot of room for upward growth which is to be expected in a contract driven workplace

Cape Canaveral is a beautiful wildlife sanctuary. There were Turkeys, Tortoises, Armadillos, and even Bobcats.

Zel Technologies is a contractor for department of defense entities. The project leads from a particular government agency were directly hired from an internship. These young people, aged 22-26, were in charge of fully funded government engineering and science projects managing dozens of contractors. The project I was on was the most dysfunctional I have ever been a part of. The government employees treated us like robots. The purposely destroyed contractor employees' self-esteems to control them. At my location, the government employees did not provide potable water. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, it was repaired just in time for winter. When the heater malfunctioned it was repaired just in time for summer. PTO is too limited, also.
