      Pros

      The ideas that the leadership team shares sound amazing and inspirational.

      Cons

      The ideas that leadership shares have no follow through and many empty promises are made. There are certain divisions that are favored, those team members are taking off at 2pm every day and the rest of the work falls on the other division with very little recognition.
