Pros
The staff that were on site were generally a great group to work with. The guests were overall great o be of service to and the park was a beautiful and relaxing setting to work in.
Cons
Once you get above the park manager any ideas or input lower mortals have is disregarded at best and mocked at worst. There is a level of complete disorganization that eventually blows up on the lower management once the upper management realizes their mistakes.
