I will suggest everybody please do not join Zenfocus private limited. For freashers its not a good company. They will not give you any training. You just sit noone will ask you and have to learn anything on your on. Nobody will came to you and ask you about If you are facing any problem. The team members are also not good. They will not help you in any way. They (Team ) treat Trainee like their Competetion. >Partiality between employess. >Stressfull enviroment. >No Standard policies. >No project. >No stipend for trainess. >Salary issues. >They will mention 2.4 lakh pacakage in offer letter but in actual they will give you 1 lakh per annum. >45 minutes of break only in whole day But if you spent more than 45 minutes then they will deduct your salary. >Paid Leaves. >Work is more but salary is very less. >Saturday working sometimes. >They will call you even on weekends to do your office work at home. >They Behave Employess like Working Machines. >No culture activities. >They will not give you Releiving Letter and experience letter even you work there for 5 years. >No Motivation. >No supervior. >No Holiday even at national holidays. >They will not provide you Laptop. You have to use your own device for company work.

They are good in making fool of innocent people.

Its not an employee friendly organisation. There are only 3-4 people who are working with this co. from last 10-12 years. Full of Nepotism. They make fun of trainees and bully them...they do campus hiring and make freshers sit idle and pay nothing..after 6 months they get a bond signed with them and trap them with their rubbish policies...their 45 Minutes break policy is very weird...in 45 Minutes you have to have your lunch and it includes your washroom break also...and in case you exceed this break..they will deduct your salary. Its a software co. but they get manual entry done for In and Out,so everytime you go out for break you have to salute their corrupt guard ,who can allow you to go out without any entry and save your break and ultimately your salary so that way he is your another boss...never dare to angry him. Also in case if you reach office for any reason one hour late they will deduct half day salary...their is no HR policy...Please don't join them...yes if you want to make your life hell you can go ahead...at times when they ask employees to stay back in office and get work done...then too they don't order food from outside...Owner's wife gets food cooked at home and bring it to office in Cooker. If you take Off on Friday they will deduct your Saturday salary also..if you take off on Monday they will deduct your Sunday salary also. Weird Policies...Making others life hell.
