Pros
As a consultant to Microsoft, you'll be working with a great & supportive team. Interaction with highly talented team will improve your coding & problem solving skills. So the culture is of MS than of Zen3(for 18 months)
Cons
You'll be attached to Microsoft projects for 18 months. Post that people tend to leave the org. As a vendor to MS, your role is limited in responsibilities which is not good if you want to take up more responsibilities as you grow. Management, HR response is average. No perks as such.
