Pros

Some coworkers are great and try to help each other out.

Cons

This place is stressful and messy. Managers changes the rules all the time and never tell you, so you end up getting blamed for stuff you had no way of knowing. Pay is low, layoffs happen out of nowhere, and no one feels safe in their job. Communication is awful, leadership seem lost, and you're basically left to figure everything out on your own. The whole company feels shaky and unstable, and just trying to survive each day takes all your energy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time here felt stressful and uncertain. Periods of change can be challenging, and we recognize that when communication isn’t clear or consistent, it can create frustration and anxiety. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Over the past year, we’ve been working intentionally to improve communication cadence, leadership visibility, and clarity around goals and expectations. We care deeply about building a workplace where team members feel informed, supported, and secure. While business conditions sometimes require difficult decisions, we strive to handle them thoughtfully and transparently. We appreciate the acknowledgment of supportive coworkers — collaboration and care for one another are important parts of our culture. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving, and we’re committed to learning from it. We wish you the best in your next chapter.

Pros

Flexible schedules: Compared to other companies, ZenBusiness has a flexible work setup, but the benefits it brings are mitigated by the countless cons the company has as well.

Cons

- Unhealthy work-life balance: Employees are constantly exhausted and have barely any time to attend to their personal lives because of brutal workloads, unrealistic deadlines, and management constantly disrespecting their boundaries. - Awful compensation: The salaries Zenbusiness pays employees don't reflect how heavy their workloads are or how much experience they have. There are barely any benefits as well, and all of them aren't that great. - Toxic leadership: The leadership is incredibly hostile and shows zero respect to everyone around them. Every decision they make is exclusively for their own benefit, and often comes at the expense of employees. They speak in an unprofessional manner towards everyone they talk to, and when things don't go their way, they insult and harass employees. - No room for growth: Regardless of how long you've been with the company or how consistently you perform at a high level, none of your hard work is ever going to be rewarded. Employees aren't provided with any opportunities to advance, given any room to grow, or rewarded with bonuses when they do well. - Controlling management: Management monitors your every move, tells you how to do your job, and constantly meddles with your work, which can make even the simplest tasks frustrating to accomplish.
