- Company had a decent growth for last few years and probably a fair amount of fudging with numbers as they had 3 heads of finance/cfo during my one year there - Frat boys culture and maybe some people like it - Autonomy in your role
Cons
- CEO has no ownership or strategic vision. High on culture with no strategy and was a no show at some investor meetings without any explanation. - Top leadership has no vision or standing of their own - New COO brought in by the founder is now running a one man show - Inexperienced SDR team - Entrenched sales reps create road blocks at every step for new sales and demand gen reps - Product has significant feature gaps and release time is 1 year behind the sales/marketing selling the features to opportunities
