Pros
The team they used to have was amazing.
Cons
They’ve undergone minimally 4 rounds of layoffs in the past 2.5 years and attributed all of them to “restructuring”. That fact of the matter is that you absolutely cannot rely on this organization for a reliable source of income let alone any kind of career growth. They did a layoff round last April then closed 60 MILLION in funding in September and they just laid off half their staff last week. I would say though that if you’re a huge risk taker this is the company for you.
