0 training provided - I was hired with little to no industry experience, when hired I expressed my training needs and was given next to nothing and relied solely on my peers for help. changes are never communicated throughout the different teams so the only way to learn from making errors. Overworked- Zenergi have a high turnover of employees, specifically dual relationship managers and service relationship managers but they don’t hire quick enough so they rely on other teams to pick up the workload which is already stretch which results in more employees resigning. No progression opportunities- Zenergi look to promote progress within your role or at least they tell you this during interview stages this was a huge selling point when taking the job, it didn’t take long to realise how blatant this lie was. I was only there for a short length of time but have seen so many people with huge potential leave. They will have you jump through hoops for little return. Mentally draining- for a company that supports well-being with “monday motivation” messages and well-being benefits it’s shocking how little they actually care for their employees, I have never suffered more mentally at a company than when I worked at Zenergi.
