Work from home some good team members

Literally everything else, toxic management, unpleasant environment to work in, management would purposely try and put you on the spot to get a reaction from you, my anxiety was the worst it’s ever been while working there, I required a bit of flexibility due to having a chronic illness and was made to feel like I was stupid or making up an excuse , expects everyone to work in the same way which isn’t realistic at all, HR not helpful in the slightest, I would literally dread going back to work after the weekend unlike any other job I’ve had before (that’s when you know) avoid at all costs

Pay could be better, Communication from SLT could be improved
