Management will train you hands on and allow you to work your way up to develop a career. I did not have to go to school to learn all of the skills & knowledge I've gained over the years which is huge for me since I am a hands on type of learner. They are very understanding when you need time off for personal reasons/appointments, etc. Our team believes in working hard but playing even harder.

The work flow can be very fast paced since we are a B2B and it can get difficult to keep up or put full attention to one project, but I look at is as job security so it's not too much of a con.

Loved my co-workers. They were a fun bunch of guys and gals who tried really hard.

They hire people with little to no experience so that they can pay them next to nothing. They don't teach you much (just the bare minimum to get your job done) and when you're there, you feel like you're doing something beneficial to their clients but after you leave/learn more about online marketing you realize how crappy of a job you/they were doing for their clients which makes me sick/embarrassed to think about. They don't provide any advancement opportunities and they pay terribly. They highly under compensate staff and do a lot of shady things. They don't pay overtime you work, push you using fear, and do a ton of other shady things and black-hat tactics. They buy you free coffee every month or two and try to make it a fun work environment to try and make people forget how little they are being paid and how little they are learning. I've never seen a company with a higher turnover of employees.
