Friendly team, great people, nice location, big projects, free monthly lunches. Nice benefits such as health care, cycle to work and remote / flexible working. CEO is approachable.
Cons
It's quite remote. Get the impression that remote working isn't favoured. Too little management overall, but management too involved in certain areas.
Pay isn't the best. Unstable DIY infrastructure for our hosting means we spend a lot of time apologising to clients. Overall business direction isn't that clear. We've lost good people, leaving knowledge gaps. Support team hinges on one person; if they're off, problems happen.
