Pros

The pay is good—at least, that’s the promise—but only if you hit the necessary targets (not easy to hit hello, what's the point of setting if you don't intend to hit?) The workplace vibe is fun, with plenty of Gen Z energy. If you’re close to them, you’ll fit in well. but if you are not close to them? If you’re ready to put in long hours and hustle non-stop, this place might be worth considering.

Cons

You’re doing everything—prepping lessons, teaching, dealing with parents, and trying to connect with students—feels like you’re juggling 4-5 roles at once. There’s zero work-life balance. No clear lines between work and personal life. Both weekends are gone, and there’s not much time left to just live. It feels like you’re trading your entire life for a paycheck. Sure, the money’s decent, but is it really worth it? They’re ALWAYS hiring and even throwing "money" at tutors—sounds like a revolving door situation. Makes you wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes. The management seems immature, with young leadership that might not fully know how to handle things. If you’re not in their inner circle of “friends,” you might feel like an outsider. There’s no job security. Staff seem disposable, like you’re replaceable at any moment. Not exactly comforting. Honestly, it doesn’t sound like a sustainable or rewarding gig long-term. Might be time to look at options where your effort and well-being are equally valued.

Pros

Remuneration is easily 3x on average of what you can reasonably get at other centres for similar workload/even lesser. Management team is on the ground, big boss even teaches himself so he knows whats up and knows our pains as tutors My team actually feels like a team, everyone is collaborative and genuinely trying to help each other, even if it means more work for themselves. Tech team builds cool stuff that helps you get your job done easier too

Cons

Workload in June can be quite crazy, though I do believe its worth it. You can decide your workload in some ways too, by just doing less crash courses, though it would mean you get less students.
